Lee worked in Real Estate attaining 8 years of experience. First he was with Garrow Loftis GMAC in Flushing MI acting as a Residential listings & buyers agent. Then on to Century 21 Woodland, also in Flushing, MI. It is with Century 21 that he had his first experiences in Commercial Real Estate.
Lee then relocated moved to Florida where he enrolled in courses at the Florida Institute of Real Estate for his Brokers license. After completing the course, he opted to start a Real Estate Investment company; the Attain Investment Group. He quickly garnered 11 properties into his portfolio at Attain.
Following the Housing Crisis and Great Recession Lee dedicated himself to​ finding how we may increase market stability as well as more effectively cope with and mitigate crisis.

Eric Kaufman founded The Natural Resilience Fund, Inc. (dba The Natural Resilience Foundation) in August 2013. He is currently the NRF Principal, President and CEO.
​
This 50 l(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation is organized as a public charity advocating for and developing financing strategies to safeguard human life, real estate, critical infrastructure and natural systems from the effects of climate change. The NRF’s main mission is to build awareness about the emerging industry known as climate resilience.
​
Prior to this on-going effort, Eric and his business partners secured approval from NYC in late
2013 to construct a 630-foot Observation Wheel as the centerpiece of and destination site for the
Staten Island Ferry Terminal Special District in St. George, Staten Island. This $610 million
public-private partnership is being completely funded by private investment. Construction com- menced the 2nd Quarter of 2015 with an anticipated opening date of April 2018.

Eric has bought, sold, financed, developed, managed and acted as contractor for well over $1B in transactions since he began his real estate career in 1982. Through the l 990's he was the #2 at The Carlton Group, a well-known real estate investment banking firm. There he helped start the firm's real estate financing division. Eric has advised the Collegiate Church (Dutch Reformed Church), the oldest corporation in America, on their real estate h o l d i n g s since 1996 and converted 1100 apartments to co-operatives or condominiums in the 1980s. He has an A.B. from Vassar College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School.

Ron, a USAF Veteran, brings a wealth of experience as a former Law Enforcement Instructor, former VP/Business Manager of Exit Pleasant (now EcoSolutions) Real Estate and former Executive Director of SAREIA, a Real Estate Investment Group, Private Investigations, and Security where he held a postion of San Antonio Area Manager for a large Security firm specializing in Health Care security concepts. He also holds 27 different DHS and FEMA federal certifications. Ron currently owns/operates and acts as a Senior Producrer for IFF Productions, a technology based Veterans News Service. His attributes of in-depth knowledge of instruction, web-based solutions, web design, and instructor technology provide a technology based solution for SWUSA.

He is responsible for all technology based media and acts as a consultant and reports directly to the Lee Common, CEO/Founder of SWUSA.

Volodymyr Vsevolodovych Ryaboshlyk: Founding Team Member - Sovereign Wealth US:

Volodymyr Vsevolodovch Ryaboshlyk is an acclaimed author, as well as a Ukrainian economist who has had time to conduct research, teaching, publicist and governmental activities. In aftermath of the Orange Revolution he held the position of Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine. He received his PhD at the Department of Economic Cybernetics at the Plekhanov Institute of the National Economy, Moscow, Russia; and his M.Sc. in Computer Aided Management Systems (CAM systems) at Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute,
Ukraine.
He also attended the Program for Senior Ukrainian Economists at the Economics Institute in Boulder, Colorado, USA. His abnormal ideas about a normal crisis were reported at many centres from Tokyo to Paris. (Learn More!):
